Building a Successful team with Balanced Capabilities and a Cunning Schedule (LSLV to Launch) with a Mind Map
By Dr Mike Florence
A previous series of articles introduced the topic of Balanced Capabilities (see here). This new series features a case study of that approach in action.
Visualisation turns abstract dreams into a reality - how a team was built from 'zero to hero' that helped create a gold standard project.
A balanced team sharing a common ambition and vision is the basis for success. This series will show how a balanced capability approach helped to create the collaborative teamwork, leadership and structure - turning a group of individuals into a team that is all pointing in the same direction and working together. Whilst a highly visual mind mapping approach engaged people to deliver a rather complex plan with ease.
The result was part of the gold standard project leading from 'last subject/last visit', through to regulatory submission and approval.
Reading this series will show you how a visual approach is suitable for any project, from planning your holidays to an NDA submission and is highly interactive, subtle and yet powerful approach.
There are 3 articles in this series that describe the journey:
Build a successful team with Balanced Capability (and great people)
How to get the Project Set Up - Leadership and Understanding
Build a cunning Schedule (LSLV to Launch) with a Mind Map – the visual approach
