Development offerings - Team Knowledge

In the world of cross-functional project working, the pitfalls of 'silo management' are made more likely by:

-
Team members who do not fully understand the role, activities and constraints of other functions
-
Lack of understanding of how cross-functional collaboration is designed to work

We can help with these problems!
