These are by definition, custom (!!) However, there are some themes around which we have worked shown below.

Developing your Project Team - team session

Benefits and Summary of Content

This is a session/meeting with a full project team that aimed at enhancing is capability and operations. It would be run around a backbone process by one of our highly experienced facilitators. It may have a 'slant' to focus on:

Review of team operations / use of processes
Making decision recommendations (an alternative to our Decisions training course)
Leader and team development (an alternative to PMs attending our Leading/Motivating course)

Format and duration

It will typically be a one-day session, face to face. It is not optimal to transfer this to an online format, but it can be done.
